"what are we doing today?"

Blakemere consists of 25 Craft Shops offering hundreds of unique gifts based in and around a beautifully restored Edwardian Stable Block.

There are craft activities for kids including throwing a pot on a potter's wheel, moulding with clay or painting bisque-ware items.

They can also make jewellery, phone or bag charms and tiaras in The Bead Trail or a variety of activities in Thimbletown including sock puppet making, ey mask decorating, crocheting brochets, etc.

Don't miss our Bird of Prey aviaries and fantastic flying displays in our all weather arena as well as Cheshire Waterlife's extensive aquatic and pet centre with reptile section.

Kids also love Barnaby's indoor Playbarn suitable for ages 1 - 10 years and our free Adventure Play Park.

Supagolf, a 9 hole golf course, offering fun for all the family (kids from aged 5). It's the inovative game of golf everyone can play!

"i'm hungry"

Excellent self service restaurant and coffee shop on site serving some of the best homemade food in Cheshire. We offer breakfasts, snacks, sandwiches, backed potatoes, cakes and full hot servery including daily roast, streak pie, quiche and vegetarian options. Children are well catered for with their own menu including cold lunch boxes as well as hot plated meals. Two separate ice cream outlets on site.

healthy food

Freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, baked potatoes and fruit are available daily. Also a range of gluten free cakes and biscuits. If you have a special diet please ask a member of staff and we will try our best to prepare something for you.

"i need a wee"

Four sets of toilets on site; three with separate disabled toilets. Two baby changing facilities, one in the restaurant and one in the seperate toilet block adjacent to the stable block

and baby come too...

Please ask a member of staff in the restaurant if you require a jug of hot water to warm baby food/milk.

"are we there yet?"

We are conveniently located just off the junction of the A49 and A556 in Sandiway, near Northwich. Exit the M6 at Junction 19 and follow the A556 towards Chester. Exit the M56 at Junction 10 and follow the A49 to Whitchurch. Stay on the A49 until you come into the village Cuddington and follow the brown signs. The nearest railway station is Cuddington located on the Manchester to Chester line, approx 25 minute walk to Blakemere.

Pick up a Guide & Site Plan leaflet from the holders on the Site Plan Boards located around the centre to assist you on your way around. Check the Site Plan Boards for current activities, events and entertainment. Follow the Teddy Edward Bear Trail around the centre, starting in the courtyard. Kids can complete a fun Quiz on their way around and enter our free prize draw.
