Bigbury on Sea Beach

This blue flag awarded beach is a perfect spot for a family day out, with safe swimming away from the river, on the gently shelving sands. Canoeing and windsurfing are popular here and when the tide is out you often see kite buggies swinging around the sands of the bay.

At high tides you are able to visit Burgh Island via sea tractor, a unique raised carriage on tractor wheels!
