We went to Animal Quakers on Easter Sunday & what a fab day we had - even though it rained!. The farm has not been commerised & has maintained its charm. The Farmer had organised an egg hunt, piglet racing, lamb feeding, we could not do the wellington boot throwing due to the weather!. He also took you on a tour of his farm (which is small) & explained each animal in a fun way which children understood & he had their full attention. It is a farm that is developing & hopefully the EU red tape will not take over & stop you from feeding & petting. In wet weather wellies are needed. If you are expecting Cannon Hall on a smaller scale you will be disappointed - on this farm there is tired buildings & uneven walkways, but you get involved & get muckie with feeding & petting. I would 100% recommend this farm for a day out & we will be going again & again. - Fiona / April 2012
