Alyn Waters Country Park

Alyn Waters Country Park is set within the beautiful Alyn Valley, and is the largest country park in the Wrexham area. A great place to take the family for a walk or a cycle, whatever time of year you visit.

The Llay side allows easy access to the Local Nature Reserve, an excellent adventure playground and Golf Driving Range. There are a number of way-marked walks through grassland, riverside and woodland. These really help you to explore the site, which is divided by the river Alyn. The Gwersyllt side of the Park has a Visitor Centre, with a permanent exhibition on the wildlife and history of the area, plus a café, gift shop, and toilets including baby changing facilities.
