Alton Towers Theme Park

There are toilets throughout the park. Near the Skyride, Nemesis Sub Terra, in Mutiny Bay, next to The Smiler and The Towers. They're also by the entrance too.

CBeebies Land is perfect for babies and toddlers, with plenty of gentle rides and live shows!

Many paths are paved and suitable for pushchairs, but Alton Towers is a large, hilly resort, so allow extra time when moving between areas.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the Alton Towers Theme Park and in our Resort hotels, but they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of our rides and attractions. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of your party. Assistance dogs must never be left unattended anywhere on the Resort.

Alton Towers Resort and theme park has a range of food trailers, like courtyard hot dogs, wraps and waffles. But also doughnuts and of course, themed food and snacks at selected rides like The Wicker Man! You can also munch at The Rollercoaster Restaurant, as you watch your food take defying loops as it reaches you.

You're welcome to bring a packed lunch. There are plenty of areas for you to sit down and enjoy your snacks. But please dispose of your rubbish appropriately.

All paths around Alton Towers are paved and wide enough for wheelchair users to pass through. But please note some areas can be quite hilly, so please take extra care.

Wheelchairs can be collected at Guest Services, located at the top of Towers Street, on the date of your visit with presentation of your booking confirmation. Wheelchairs must be collected by 12pm. If you are unable to collect this before 12pm, the Wheelchair will be re-hired.

Conferences and private events are welcome at Alton Towers Resort.
