If your children are climbing the walls, put their energy to good use at Creation Indoor Climbing Centre.
Midland’s biggest indoor climbing centre has over 100 lines of top ropes and lead climbing over a 6,000 sq. ft. bouldering area. There are lots of different climbing experiences and packages available to suit all levels. Novice climbers can have a go on the taster sessions or sign up for the introduction to climbing course whereas improvers have a course of their own and can even try a bit of advanced rope work technique!
If small spaces don’t faze you then have a go at the indoor caving. Led by an instructor and fully kitted out you’ll climb, crawl and clamber through 200 metres of twists and turns deep in the darkness over three levels. It’s a real personal challenge and a great introduction to caving! There are new clubs especially for 4-6 year olds and 7-17 year olds to help those who are keen on climbing where they can learn everything from how to tie a knot to abseiling.
